Abstract / Introduction

PartsLo.pk is a website that offers purchase services of different auto parts to its visitors. This website offers different variants of auto-parts. Main categories should include Motorbike, cars and SUVs [you can add more categories]. For each category of vehicle, there should be at least three subcategories of auto parts: Engine Parts, Electric Parts and Accessories. An auto part will be delivered to the address provided by buyers during prescribed delivery hours. Payment will be made by “cash on delivery” mode.

1.      Main page will show different auto parts, categories list, search bars etc.

NOTE: Above design is for demonstration purpose only.

 

1.      Preview Page: When user/visitor clicks on any item, a new page for the details of the item should be shown to user/visitor. This page should contain pictures for particular item. You can show current market price value on this page.

 

3- There should be at least 5 items of each auto part included in each sub category of vehicles.

Visitor:

1.      A visitor is a non-registered user of the website.

2.      A visitor can view different auto parts and can explore different categories.

3.      To view or search a category/auto part, a simple user can apply different filters on home page.

Buyer (user):

1-     To buy any auto part, a simple user/buyer must register him/her self with this website.

2-     A buyer can login/logout the system.

3-     A buyer can see different categories and sub categories of auto parts with all the important information of each auto part.

4-     A buyer can add different auto parts to the shopping cart.

5-     Buyer will have to fill a form for required details needed to confirm the order.

6-     A buyer can cancel an order before confirmation or check out from the main page.

7-     Payment should be cash on delivery.

8-     A buyer can see the status of his/her order like (Accepted, Rejected, Packed, Shipped, out for delivery, Delivered).

9-     After collecting parts, a buyer can write feedback on website.

Administrator:

1.      Admin can register in the system.

2.      Admin can login/logout the system.

3.      Admin can accept/reject the auto parts requested from any buyer.

4.      Admin can change the status of the order like Accepted, Rejected, Packed, Shipped, out for delivery, Delivered).

5.      Admin can Updates auto parts information.

6.      Admin can manage auto parts repository.

7.      Admin can generate reports from system. (i.e., Total sold parts (per day/monthly/yearly), Remaining parts in repository) etc.

8.      Admin can manage categories of parts.
