Abstract/Introduction

Job hunting portal app is a kind of classified app, on which we allow users to search for different jobs and place different jobs. An employer can post their jobs on it, but to post their jobs employer have to setup a free account. Employer can post a job for specific requirement under the different categories like IT, teacher, Management, Marketing, freelance etc. User can see different jobs without logging in, but to apply for jobs he/she must have to registered with app.

Functional Requirements:

1.      Admin can manage users, including employers and job seekers.

2.      Employers and job seekers must register to post or apply for jobs.

3.      The app should allow managing different job categories (IT, education, marketing, SEO, development, etc.).

4.      The home screen should show the latest job postings.

5.      Job seekers can search jobs based on categories.

6.      Employers should be able to post jobs with details like salary, position, age, gender, and job requirements.

7.      Job seekers should fill in details like name, CNIC, city, country, address, experience, and expected salary.

8.      Job seekers should be able to upload their CVs while applying for jobs.

9.      Users can change/reset their passwords in case they forget them.

10. Notify job seekers about new jobs matching their preferences.

11. Job seekers should be able to save jobs for later.

12. mployers should have a dashboard to manage job postings and view applicants.

13. Job seekers can track the status of their applications.
